Hosting a Fundraising Event
(AKA "It takes a village to raise an Endowment!) Several local Drikung Kagyu centers have hosted fundraising events to benefit the Southwest Buddhafield Endowment Fund, including groups in New York, Albuquerque, Boulder and Los Angeles. These events are extremely helpful, as the merit is widely shared and many people are educated about this project. We would be most happy to share tips and ideas on how to host a fundraising event at your center.

To help with your fundraiser, we will provide a free DVD of Garchen Rinpoche teaching on the Endowment Fund. It was filmed at the Garchen Institute and is quite beautiful. Please contact us with your fundraising idea and contact information to receive the DVD.

Gifts of Expertise

If you would like to help with the Endowment, please contact us with a brief description of what you would like to do, your credentials and area of expertise, and your contact information. We will contact you.

Visit the Southwest Buddhafield

Visit the Garchen Buddhist Institute in this very life! If you are able to visit the Garchen Buddhist Institute in Chino Valley, Arizona you will see why we are working to protect this precious Dharma center.

Donors of $1000 or more will receive original artwork specifically created for donors to the Endowment. 150 prints were created and contain H.E. Garchen Rinpoche's thumbprint with gold paint on each. While placing his thumb mark on each print H.E. and several others blessed the prints with the White Tara mantra.
Prints sizes are 12x18 or 8x10.
